Ms. Jenna Tansky
Jenna began dancing at Kinner and Co. Dance Studio when she was five years old. She was trained in tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, and contemporary, as well as a little bit of pointe, hip hop, and tumbling. She was also a member of the Shooting Stars Dance Team at Kinner and Co., competing at a variety of dance conventions/competitions for around 10 years. She was an assistant teacher for about 6 years and then began teaching for two years after achieving Teacher Certification through the Southern Association of Dance Masters. Jenna then went on to study dance at Southeast Missouri State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. Southeast provided her with many performance opportunities, including main stage dance concerts choreographed by faculty, guest artists, and selected students. Jenna was one of those selected students in the fall 2017 semester for her choreography of a tap solo on herself, and she was even selected to perform that solo at the American College Dance Association in the Adjudication Concert the following semester. She also got the opportunity to perform a faculty piece at the Grand Center Dance Fest in St. Louis in 2016. Jenna loves to dance and she loves sharing that love of dance through her teaching, so she is very excited to continue YEAR 3 at Center Pointe Dance Academy!

Ms. Maggie Holthaus
I started dancing at Power Plus in Taylorville when I was 5 doing ballet, tap and tumbling classes. After deciding to take a break from dance, I joined the Junior High Poms Team which I was on for 2 years. After dancing for two Center Pointe teachers already and hearing about the studio, I decided I wanted to start back up my junior year of high school. I started out in Hip Hop and Lyrical and quickly decided I wanted to add on Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Improv the following year. My dance experience has been short lived, but I am excited to have the opportunity to teach young kids how beneficial dance can be.
I am currently a Freshman at Lincoln Land Community College this year and will be transferring to Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville next year for Nursing.
Ms. Meredith Repscher

I have also helped teach 2 year old tap, ballet, and tumbling and 5 year old tap, jazz, and ballet.
I am currently a junior in high school and very excited to be working with my best friend to teach classes this year for Center Pointe!
